7. Tips for Healthy Travel The TriVita Team recently toured Australia to launch our premier product, Nopalea .
During the tour we took eight flights of varying lengths, visited five cities (Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane) with completely different weather patterns from tropical and sunny to cold and rainy and stayed in five different hotels. Every few days I changed my sleep patterns, eating habits and water consumption.
However the entire team survived because we planned early and took the necessary precautions.
Critical travel issues
In preparation for our tour we increased our water and Vital C consumption and we all agreed to do a Vital C Flush.
